Virgin’s Innovation Flagship

Virgin Media has opened a new regional flagship store in Birmingham, UK’s Bullring shopping centre which showcases its latest innovations.


The store features an HD digital door with images of athletes Mo Farah and Usain Bolt, a digital wall which allows shoppers to put together their own mobile phone package and an interactive area where shoppers are talked through options for television packages.


The new store is designed to resemble a living room, study, lounge and a garden.

It is the next iteration of a new store design first trialled in the retailer’s White City, London store opened by Farah last November.
